I’ve worked in the education and training industry for almost 20 years. After starting my career teaching in Primary Schools in Melbourne’s Northern Suburbs, I moved into the VET sector, taking on roles in Skilled Migration in project management, audit and compliance, and training and development.
In my work at Kangan Batman TAFE (VETASSESS), I created easy to access, plain English website content, applicant information, and easy to follow processes. With a predominantly ESL background audience of migration agents, applicants, and international students – making complex government regulations and requirements easy to understand is essential.
After stepping out on my own as a Copywriter, I’ve worked with SME’s, curriculum bodies, independent trainers, and NFP, giving them words to help grow their businesses.
I love nothing more than taking on a job from someone who is feeling hopeless and overwhelmed by the huge task of creating content and breaking it down into manageable steps. I find it hard to think outside the square sometimes when it comes to my written/video content. I engaged Tanya as a way of getting someone else’s import. I found her ideas were very helpful and when I was following her plan it was easy to create content that my customers loved. I will use her again to work out the next few months of content for my business.

Tanya provided exceptional keyword research for my client who had specific local SEO needs.
