I’ve been writing business related documents for 20+ years and prior to that my focus was creative writing. I’ve decided to harness my creativity again and start writing content and social media.

Working in IT operations and project management for many years, I’ve had the opportunity to write, edit and proofread a variety of documents. These included contracts, service management processes (ITIL), business requirements, user guides, training packs, to name a few.

My writing experience also extends to a not-for-profit that I volunteer for, writing and editing process documents, checklists, and project plans.

I absolutely love writing, however it wasn’t until a few months ago that someone suggested I look into copywriting as a business. With the communication and documentation skills I’ve developed in my corporate career, I have a knack for understanding client requirements and then writing to suit the audience.

My biggest passion with this work is to help other small business owners who are struggling to understand and implement their social media posts and online content. Rather than worrying about how to do this with limited skills, and now being a business owner myself, I want to help business owners  focus on running their businesses while I do the writing/editing for them.

The next phase of offerings will be centred on business and process documentation, and this will develop as the need arises. Businesses that don’t have processes, policies or procedures in place, or do but are not necessarily documented well, will benefit from my corporate experience .

With the number of small-medium business growing every year, I am excited to be able to help them in their journey of growth.
