There was a time I was just a girl, standing in front of a real estate listing, wishing it was me who’d written it.
Fast forward from that tiny seed of a dream in 2013 to today and I’m a specialist real estate copywriter and the proud founder of Prestige Property Copy. Launched in 2015, I work with clients worldwide to create compelling property copy that connects emotionally and converts into sales.
And while I have worked on websites, newsletters, award submissions, EDMs, prospecting letters, and more, my most favourite project is crafting copy for real estate listings. Since 2015 I’ve written close to 5,000 (and loved every. single. one!)
To me, it’s a privilege to be invited into people’s most prized asset – their homes. I see it as an honour to help promote its unique features and benefits and craft an emotive for sale listing to help lure potential buyers to open homes.
