I engaged Amanda to support my team to write the Bethany Group 2020 annual report. Our not-for-profit provides community support services such as housing and family violence support, and kindergarten services.
This report was the first time the organisation was going to present a digital annual report to community.
As a time-poor marketing and communications lead, I relied on Amanda to sift through raw content from the program teams for 37 services, and recommend the strongest stories and information that demonstrated our the impact of our services.
Amanda was very helpful in pulling together a strong draft that highlighted key statistics, results and case studies. She had to interview some of our service users about their experiences of using our services. Amanda was very sensitive and respectful to them.
Amanda consolidated lots of information into simple and clear themes and headings. Her writing style is concise and easy to understand, which is perfect for an annual report.
Due to some internal resourcing complexities (and nothing to do with Amanda’s work), we had to bring the final stage of the project in house, for which she was very understanding.
